Yep! Naverisk includes built-in helpdesk and ticketing as core components of its solution. Naverisk lets you create tickets manually or automatically, and apply default agreement settings. Does Naverisk have scripting capability?

Indeed it does. Naverisk provides a powerful engine that can deploy software and execute scripts across one or more devices, on demand. The scripting engine is open source and helps technicians work faster because they can utilize scripts built in common languages (PowerShell, batch, java, etc.). We do not force technicians to use a complicated proprietary scripting engine.

How is Naverisk typically deployed?

A loaded question! The truth is, it depends on your approach to deployment to your customers. We’ve had customers deploy Naverisk across 1,000 devices in under 4 hours and others that employed a methodical approach spanning 60–90 days.

What we can say is our onboarding and training process to get you production-ready typically is completed within 4–6 hours, spread over one or more sessions. If extra time is needed, we give it to you. While other vendors force high fees for implementation and only give you a day or two of time we don’t. Our company believes in helping our customers with our solution whenever they request it and at no additional cost.

Can Naverisk install OS patches and application updates?

You bet. Naverisk can install OS and device level patches as well perform application updates via our scheduling features without requiring a Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) server implementation. Technicians aren’t forced to deploy patches in groups (i.e. Critical, Service Pack, etc.). They can accept or deny patches as needed.

Can Naverisk automate tasks?

Yes, it can! The scheduling components of Naverisk provide the ability to automate recurring tasks, install software, and communicate with end users and more for both devices and technicians. Workflow automation rules create automated responses to events that occur on devices, tickets or system activity. These two components of Naverisk provide robust capabilities in automating proactive and reactive actions and communication for your customers.

Does Naverisk offer HIPAA compliant solutions?

Absolutely, Naverisk provides HIPAA compliant Cloud Solutions for the Medical industry.

Can Naverisk manage and automate antivirus installations and updates?

Of course. Naverisk monitors more than a dozen antivirus and antimalware applications and administers updates. Technicians easily enable automatic monitoring, alerting and virus definition updating on thousands of devices with just a couple of clicks of a button.

Naverisk has also teamed with an industry-leading vendor, BitDefender, and offers competitive pricing for the full and complete version of BitDefender Cloud Security for MSPs. While other RMMs who offer BitDefender solution limit the capabilities and charge you for extra functionality, Naverisk provides its customers with the complete feature set including Antivirus, Antimalware, Antispam, Web Filtering and IDS for Mac, Linux, and Windows desktop or server operating systems.

With which backup software does Naverisk work?

Out of the box, Naverisk provides monitoring and alerting of backup processes, faults, and configuration for many current backup and disaster recovery solutions. Similar to antivirus management, technicians can easily enable backup system monitoring with just a click or two.
