Do I need to pay for and maintain any hardware, virtual servers, or appliances to leverage the service?
No, this is a modern cloud service where there is ZERO cost for hardware, virtual servers, or appliances.
What does the service cost?
- Data backups are free for Naverisk partners (excludes Wasabi cloud storage costs)
- Microsoft 365 backups are $0.50 USD per user (excludes Wasabi cloud storage costs)
Is bare metal recovery included in the service?
Not yet but it’s a road map item for 2023. You can backup system state to support system-level restores in the current release.
Do I need to access remote devices to administer backups?
No this is a cloud-first and 100% web-based service.
Are continuous backups included in the service?
Yes. Backup frequency is configurable.
Are deduplication and bandwidth control included in the service?
Both deduplication and bandwidth control are included.
Which operating systems can I backup?
Windows. Linux & Mac.
Is 2FA/multi-factor secure authentication available?
Yes.
What are the storage options for "bring your own storage"?
We will be extending storage options, but as of now:
- Your own self-hosted storage
- Wasabi
- Any S3 compatible storage (AWS, Azure, etc)

Yes, you can select multiple backup destinations, including local disk and the cloud.
