The Naverisk mobile app is a companion app to Naverisk all-in-one, RMM & Service Desk / PSA platform that helps MSP’s and IT professionals easily monitor and automate IT services and operations.
Added the ability to create new notes and public replies from the tickets’ summary tab to make it faster to update tickets.
Modified how tickets’ date and time fields are displayed in the mobile app making it consistent and easier to read.
In addition to the new features and enhancements in this release, we've also put a focus on bug fixes and enhancing the overall performance of the platform.
